Club Overview
The Montgomerie Links, located just off breathtaking Vietnam's Central Coast and minutes from Da Nang's international airport is a stunning 7200 yard, Par 72 Championship Golf Course designed by Colin Montgomerie. The rseort also features a comprehensive practice facility, PGA staffed golf academy and well appointed clubhouse.
The course officially opened in April 2010 with Monty shooting a course record 68. The course has already won several prestigious awards including being voted the best course in Vietnam.
Owners Indochina Capital has committed $45 million to The Montgomerie Links Vietnam project, breaking new leisure ground in the most promising resort region yet developed in Vietnam.
In addition to the golf course the 70-plus-hectare development will include 54 three-bedroom villas for sale on 38,000 square meters called The Estates at the Montgomerie Links.
The villas will range in size from 276 to 395 square meters on ample lots that range in size from 350 to 700 square meters. All of the villas feature heated swimming pools, contemporary American-style kitchens and expansive views of the golf course.
